We both liked these Green Zebras. They had good flavor and looked nice along with slices of red and yellow varieties in a Caresse Salad. The three yellow varieties were typically lower in acid but none were stand outs in flavor

Both of these red slicers were really delicious. The Dinner Plate didn't live up to the expectations that its name set - it was pretty small. Between the two, the Hungarian Heart was meatier, lower in acid and had a thinner skin. The Dinner Plate was much juicier.

The Striped German were huge. They seemed to ripen unevenly - half the tomato was ripe but the other half was still green and hard. I made a really good ratatouille with one of these and some summer squash.
